The third generation of the GALAXY Tab Series has arrived and it's looking good! First, Let's talk design. One thing I have noticed is that there are a lot of similarities to the Samsung manufactured Nexus 10, and if you look back at devices like the original GALAXY Tab, The tab 2 and the note 10.1, you will notice quite an improvement which sadly - wink wink - canno't be said to the iPhone/iPad latest models which decided to stick to the same good'ol design.

And finally Sammy decided to ditched the virtual buttons which I found inconvenient wither on a small device like the Galaxy Nexus or on a big device like the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, but feedback on long term use for this modification should be interesting.

Let's talk some specs, I'm not huge on the Dual Core processor they decided to go with but It's justifiable when when we talk $$$. Something some people have some concerns about which is flooding the market with all sort of devices with different specs that might confuse some people, and I simply disagree with that school of thought. It's not the Apple era anymore where the obvious choice is the iPad, and some kid in southern Asia would have to sell a kidney to get one... those days are gone, consumers are smarter now and having the ability to choose from a wide range of models is the thing to go with for titans who aim to stay in the market.

The GALAXY Tab 3 series comes pre loaded with the awesomeness of Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and I believe it will be a very similar experience to the one you get from the Galaxy S4, although I'm very disappointed with the cameras, It's 2013... anything lower than 8MP should be unacceptable, but I guess we'll blame that on the budget too...
